Choquera began in 2011, specializing in artisan and continental baked goods, supplying restaurants and cafes across Munster. By 2018, we expanded our baking range to include sourdough, Spanish, and other continental specialty bakes. Operating as a micro bakery, we brought our passion to farmers markets in Castletroy, Shannon, and the Milk Market in Limerick city, using our trailer, which is now stationed beside our Bistro, Bakery & Gourmet Shop.

In April 2022, we opened our doors in Newport, offering a warm and welcoming space where customers can experience our love for authentic Spanish flavours. We proudly serve single-origin coffee, artisan baked goods, and gourmet groceries imported directly from Spain, alongside authentic, made-in-house Spanish specialties prepared with Amor. Our carefully curated selection includes Spanish wines and beers sourced directly from Spain, bringing a true taste of Andalusia to Ireland.
